Planner, compare and budget tools

These run in your browser. We don't store the budgets, dates or interests you enter. Links to the compare and budget tools can include the places and trip details you chose, so you can bookmark or share them; anyone you share a link with can see those details.

Saved trips

Trips you save are kept in your browser's local storage on this device and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Accounts

You only need an account to message local guides or list yourself as a guide. Accounts use the same sign-in service as WanderTrail (Supabase), so one account works on both sites. We store your email address, and Google sign-in shares your name and email with us.

Messages with guides

Messages are stored so both of you can read them on Wayfitly and WanderTrail. Neither side sees the other's email or phone number. If you report a conversation, our team reads it to check the report.

Trip assistant

Messages you send to the assistant go to our server and on to an AI model provider through OpenRouter to generate a reply. We don't keep a copy of your conversation, but the providers may process it under their own policies. Please don't share personal details such as phone numbers, passport or payment information.

Local guides

Guide profiles are published by the guides themselves and reviewed before they appear. Licence numbers stay private. If you contact a guide outside Wayfitly (for example on Instagram), that conversation happens on that service.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites, and visitors aren't identified.

Photos

Destination photos load from Unsplash, which receives standard request information such as your IP address when your browser loads an image.

We'll update this page before adding anything else that collects personal information.
